Order Cancellations

Any order canceled by customer prior to shipment is subject to a 3% credit card fee. Fortress Tactical reserves the right to cancel and fully refund any order to any individual deemed to be to a liability (legally, mentally, physically, or otherwise) based on suspect communication, criminal background, identification, or representation. To help reduce fraud, we verify all IP addresses. If you place an order from a non-US IP address, it will be canceled immediately.

Shipping

Depending on your location, Fortress Tactical normally ships using UPS or USPS within 2-3 business days. We are currently unable to offer expedited transit services. All firearms are shipped with a signature required.

Product Returns & Warranties

Unless the issue is our fault, there will be a 15% fee on any order returned by customer for non-defective & unused merchandise in original packaging. For warranty/repair issues, all service arrangements must be made directly through the product manufacturer.
